I have been a CEO  roles for over two decades and I have won numerous awards and accolades. I have also had the opportunity to coach others and help them achieve their goals. I have to admit that, for many years, whilst in the eyes of the world I was successful, I was like a robot going through the motions. This was hidden to others and to myself, I was working in charities and making a difference in people’s lives, and this made me feel better about myself, but deep inside of me, I knew that something was missing. Then I found the answers to what I had been looking for all of my life. 

 

I write this book to share with you the 7 wake up calls, beliefs, that changed my life and showed me a better me, and, hopefully a better you. This book will reveal to you the power of who you are and help you to understand how to break free and follow the path that you are meant to follow.
