Refocus the mind

When our mind feels cluttered and overloaded with information we have to refocus or reset. For example I planted 100 trees, ambitious yes, exhausting yes, rewarding yes. How did it refocus my mind, it refocused and reset from where I was to a feeling of achievement and when we feel a positive thought we automatically reset. This is the benefit of changing our mindset. Keep up the momentum friends and keep thinking positive thoughts or go plants and 100 trees and do it manually like me.
